第一屆儀器、測量、計算機、通信與控制國際會議會議背景：
儀器和測量是一切科學技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)。沒有測量就沒有科學，測量是科學和現(xiàn)實世界的橋梁。儀器（含傳感器）是實現(xiàn)測量的工具，是信息系統(tǒng)的源頭?，F(xiàn)代儀器的智能化、虛擬化、自動化、系統(tǒng)化和網(wǎng)絡化的發(fā)展離不開計算機、通信和控制技術(shù)的支持。儀器和測量（IM）和計算機、通信、控制（C3）是相互作用和促進的。本次會議目的是為上述領(lǐng)域的研究者和實踐者提供互相接觸機會及學術(shù)交流平臺，以促進學科發(fā)展。
